No need to do that. You can find them in the Games spawnlist. You'll find em like this:
Games>Team Fortress 2>Workshop>Player>Items>engineer>dec24_westcoat_style1/2/3
Games>Team Fortress 2>Workshop>Player>Items>all_class>sum24_brand_loyalist

Click on the last folder in the spawn menu and a small spawnicon of these should load up in the spawn menu
(Some Spawnicons in these folders tend to be very tiny)
