Description
Makes mid-late game harder, less grindy and more role-specific.
You choosing which stat to grow by yourself.
Progress depends on quests not grind now.
Skills are depends on stats and can not overgrow them.
Mod adds starting classes and controlled character development.

----------------------
If you enjoy my mod and want to buy me a coffee you can do so here:

https://ko-fi.com/fedirchuiko

----------------------
Mod was developed as an alternative to "Slow Leveling" in purpose to make mid-late game harder by preventing Henry from having 20+ in all skills and stats. But instead of just adding more grind like "Slow leveling" do, this mod really solves the OP problem + it make game even less grindy.
No more experts in all areas.

Each class have different starting stats and bonuses.
Stat are not growing by grind anymore, you choosing stat to grow by yourself each 2 levels.
From level 6 to 30 you will got 12 points each raises one stat by 2.
That means you have 24 stat points to grow. Choose wisely which stat to level up for your roleplay, cause you can not be expert it all.

Skills still need to be learned by practice but they are limited by tied stat value:

Strength : craftsmanship
Agility: stealth, thievery
Vitality: houndmaster , survival
Speech: alchemy , scholarship

Drinking and Horsemanship are free to learn cause everyone needs a transport and you can be an alcoholic no matter what profession you have.

No need to grind here, skills grow fast. Just play your class role and they will always be near limit.

Battle skills are not changed you just need to fit weapon requirement an in vanilla.

Note: After taking class or main perk, just leave character screen, it will take a couple of seconds to apply changes to your char.
-----------------------
Prerequisites: Start new game or load early save (Bozhena hut or nearly). Main condition: no perk should be taken before subscribing mod. First perk you take should be a class.

------------------------
Compatibility: This mod is compatible with anything what not changing XP, skills and perks. Any weapon/armor/textures and so on, you are welcome. Slow leveling: no. Actually this mod was created as an alternative of "Slow leveling" which is not solve the problem, but just adds more grind. I was trying to make the game as not grindy as it possible.

Classes:

Brute : brute gets huge bonus to intimidation. Cover yourself with blood, get Hellhound, Crimianl and especially Menacing Presence perks and everyone will piss in pants when seeing you. Your best choice is heavy weapon.

Knight: Bonus to presence. You are a true paladin fighting for great justice. Swords are you best friends.

Monk: Wisdom is your strength. Only monk can prey. Your perfect speech skills and potions can compensate your lack of physical.

Poacher: You rely on you monster dog. Kill your enemies with you bow, while dog biting them.

Rogue: Most agile class. Strength requirement for swords are significaly lowered. Steal everything you need, instead of wasting money. Short sword is you best weapon.

Woodsman: you are a king of forests. Created to use reach weapon.

I just started my Hardcore playthrough where I'm not allowed to sin at all, so the monk class would be splendid for that. Would I need to change anything to my save or can I implement it with my current Hardcore save?

Interesting :-) SO you only can choose one class?
Just a thought:
beeing able to combine 2 classes could be interesting, specially when you are playing hardcore.
f.e. at start you choose your first class .... at lvl 15 f.e. you can specialize in this class and get class specific bonuses or combine it with a second class.
