Description
This mod offers a small, atmospherically exciting campaign with two playable main units and various side characters from the "Lethal Weapon" films.
The weapon focus is exclusively on handguns, as Riggs and Murtaugh mostly use their service weapons in the movies.
The action takes place on small to medium-sized maps (some with 2 floors).
The whole campaign can easily be completed within 1-2 hours, depending on how you play.
The difficulty level should not be too high and the weapon values within the mod are above the vanilla standard.

Note: All playable characters, enemies, weapons and maps have been specially balanced for this mod and are not intended to compete with those of the main game or other mods!

- - No original data will be changed and there should be no problems with other mods - -

The goal of the mod is not to extend DK2 with new squads and weapons.
Rather, I want to offer a small self-contained alternative to the Nowheraki military setting that feels a little different. Hope you enjoy it...


Do you need a little break from military service in Nowheraki?
Then help Gibson & Glover with their police work in a rather unusual campaign
peppered with 9 tense, atmospheric little maps filled with characters
from the well-known Lethal Weapon film series of the 80's - 90's.

Features:

- Play as Riggs & Murtaugh (Gibson & Glover)

- A operation with 9 lethal missions which was specially created and balanced for the two cops.
(Also great to play as CIA)

- Some maps with 2 storeys

- (Mission Bundle included) The 9 maps can also be played as single mission.
(Selectable under MISSIONS in the main menu)

- Meet well-known characters from the movie series.

- Based on the movies created enemies.

- Unlock the two iconic handguns from Riggs & Murtaugh

- Original music from the movies

- Customized main menu image

Note:
I used a "Colt Python" from the "PMC Squad" mod created by "Pilzquadrat" as the basis for Glover's S&W Model 19.
I also learned a lot from the PMC mod structure!

(I am currently using the in-game model of the "Colt Python" and the corresponding .357 ammunition)
If anyone of the creators of the Python has a problem with this, I will delete the weapon immediately.

Thank you so much for this campaign based on the Lethal Weapon movie series. I've been a big fan of the films since I was a kid, and I had a great time playing as Roger Murtaugh and Martin Riggs. The levels are fun and detailed. It's a great piece of work. Well done !

Oh man! I.P. ! You outdone yourself with this campaign. I was about to start a new CIA squad to play this and thought "what the hell... I don't recognize this" :D

Beautiful with the assets and all. The only thing missing for Glover is the stainless SW 5906 ;)

This is the most awesome campaign to date :D

-Right, the campaign/maps are primarily designed for Gibson & Glover, but can of course be played with any other unit, although I don't know exactly how the balancing works with other units (CIA should work fine too).

-Yes, as long as the mod is active the movie soundtrack is played in the menu and ingame. You can of course turn it down in the options or turn it off...

-Yes, while the mod is active, the tops of the walls are black

I remember playing this as single missions, with premade characters placed on the maps. In the campaign, Gibbs & Glover are now replaced by my rangers/whatever unit I pick? Having the premade cops added more flavor, althoug hmaps are still great of course.
2 things I noticed though: I think this mod replaces all ingame music? It also turns tops of walls black globally.

Official patch 1.09 has been released today that once again affects the mission objectives.
Unfortunately, the map does not work as it should.
It's getting annoying that such elementary things like mission objects are still being changed after 1.0 and many custom maps no longer work properly.
Sorry for the problems but I have to fix that first.
During the EA phase it was ok, but now it's really sh...

Hi, looks promising, but in Mission 2, how do you get the two prisoners out of the building - i cant see a way to get them to the evac zone as you have to go through a window and they wont follow, and the evac zones on either stair hall halfway on the map are too small and they wont follow you all the way onto them? Thanks
