More Accurate Counts & Dukes

Description
Updated to include the Holy Roman Empire

The purpose of this mod:
This mod changes the de jure titles to more accurately capture feudal realities and to promote more historical outcomes. No longer will the 'duke' of Champagne, among others, receive a bunch of counties and bishoprics, some of which would later go on to attain peerage, for free right after game start. No longer will duchies be ten times bigger than they ever historically were. No longer will historical counties such as Flanders, Toulouse, and Champagne be called duchies. And no longer will you have to suffer terrible barony-county placement which mangle internal borders even on the start date.

What this mod does, exactly, is add multiple new 'duchies' for counties that, despite historically remaining under the king for a long amount of time, in vanilla get given away by their lieges to other vassals. This is simply not how feudal society works. First of all, by and large, feudal titles were not matroyshka dolls that neatly fit inside each other. And secondly, a count that has the king as his liege, gets 'demoted', so to speak, if his liege is suddenly replaced by a duke. That's why the AI's tendency to place all counts under a duke is nonsensical and a betrayal of feudal trust. Following this, some counties that, due to their importance and power, were named as duchies in vanilla CK3, now have their proper designation; this is simply a name change, nothing else.

It also changes the historical setup of 1066 where drastically needed to be more accurate.

Save games compatible?

I just discovered that the mod ''imperial immediacy'' is not compatible, for some reason it says many of the bishoprics are not really ranks so you can't give them this grant in their contract.

@Damianuus Yeah, hadn't gotten around to it yet.
Made a quick hotfix, now the Kingdom of Bohemia requires you to hold a hook on the Emperor.

The duke of Bohemia can still create the kingdom of Bohemia..

It shows Trier since 772-1803. However that is weird since he was definetely part of this duchy since it's formation. Either the dates are incorrect or it was a very complex thing where they could be part of a duchy and have imperial immediacy at the same time.

This wikipedia page shows the dates when prince bishropics received and held imperial immediacy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince-bishop .

@Alma_Negra It's currently not compatible -- the de jure kingdoms would be completely messed up -- but I'll be making a compatch once I get the time.
