Rebalanced Melee Weapons

Description
A modified version of skysky199's mods that set it up so that melee weapons swing faster on average but deal less damage as compensation.

To specify, melee weapons have been sped up to roughly match their default swing animations without delay at the cost of all melee weapons dealing a flat amount of damage to all enemies.

I placed the configs inside the mod itself so that you dont have to delete them every time I update something

My bad on that part, but still ems settings would be a nice touch

Would be nice if hitting them with melee weapons would stun them propelly, sometimes you take like 3 hits to kill a single zombie and doesn't get stunned, wich means you get hit in those situations and theres nothing you can do about it

@ZED YESS! i have this for a sourcemod plugin i have and when i play left 4 dead vr with it it makes killing commons so much more brutal

i like this but alot of the time youll slash 1 common 7 times and they still wont die
