PANIC ++

Description
Panic++ is a major update to the original Panic+ mod, offering a complete overhaul of NPC behavior and performance. While Panic+ introduced fear-based reactions, Panic++ builds on that foundation with more advanced mechanics and smarter AI.

NPCs now respond with increased depth in combat situations. They’ll actively take cover, panic under fire, and react more realistically to danger. The AI behavior is more fluid and immersive, making encounters feel more dynamic and engaging.

This update also brings significant performance improvements, bug fixes, and a brand-new Derma UI config that makes customization and setup smoother than ever before. The mod runs faster, is more efficient, and allows for easier fine-tuning of NPC behavior.

For those familiar with Panic+, Panic++ takes everything you loved about the original and brings it to the next level with better performance, expanded features, and a more polished experience overall.

How do I open the settings?

Press F9, FN + F9, or Shift + F9 to open the Debug Console and type in "npc_panic_config"

Tip: You don't have to type the whole "npc_panic_config" command, you can press 'Tab' when it appears as the first priority of the console suggestions.

Civilian AI:
I would like 2 see a mar smarter Civ AI dats in no team group, the Civ AI npc will run away if their spooked or sees a player with a weapon in their hand dats not part of GMod's basic weapons of "Physics Gun", "Tool Gun", "Medkit", and "Fist". :3
Also if Civ AI is attacked with GMod's "Fist" weapon dan they will start fighting back with their own fists until they reach like 10 or 20% HP then starts running away. >w>

Combatant AI:
4 the Com AI type, I would like see it chase player at distance of 30 or 50m and if player runs out of its range it will still keep running ind at direction 4 a few mar seconds be4 stopping and standing 4 like 3~5seconds then return 2 the place where it was originally at. :3
Also if the Com AI npc runs over a weapon, check if weapon's ammo is above 20%, if so then it will pick dat weapon up and start using it, if the current weapon's range is shorter dan the current pivcked up weapon, or if current weapon is out of bullets(which the Com AI npc should drop empty weapons btw), or no weapon being used. ^w^

this mod is awesome, instead of the npc's just staying still they run away, its very realistic and i like it.
