I don't really have any specific plans for more submarines, feel free to suggest what kind of subs you are interested in seeing made. For example: should I bother making more industrial/cargo submarines like the Huxley, or a newer up-to-date carrier submarine, or maybe a submarine less campaign focused and more roleplay/traitors oriented?

-with the new DLC announcement, honestly expect releases of submarines to be more infrequent again as I don't have much motivation to invest in this game now.

( Also expect that potential "EK mods remaster" to not happen after all )

Very handy little sub! Big fan of the raised bridge with the little windows, and it fills an important niche for starter subs.

My only complaint is the airlock, the doors up out the airlock and down into the ballast only work when both side doors are closed. But people are constantly opening the side doors! All the time! It interrupts ballast repairs, docking at stations, and diving teams.

I'd fix this by treating the ballast door like a normal door. I'd also have a button which prepares the airlock for use by locking down the other three doors for 2 seconds and causes a red light to flash, indicating the airlock is about to be used. Then, with the other doors sealed and the crew aware the airlock is in use, it can be opened.

Thanks for making all these subs Vidya, they're terrific! Looking forward to running a Passant->Solace->Vanguard campaign. Something like the Solace in T3, with a small drone to support dive teams, would be a cool addition to your lineup imo. Keep it up!

That's what I needed to start the game as a Captain of Cargo Submarine. Thank You and keep up a good work Mate

Would love to see a compact T2 or T3 scout or something of that size sub with a medium hardpoint. <3

Forgot to add, I love the creative workaround with the drainage system. Excellent work!

I overheard you talking about a compact Tier 3 Submarine in another post and would love to see that, Most T3 subs are very large for small multiplayer crews.

If the Bottlenose is the EK battleship, and the Vanguard is the midsize destroyer, a sort of 'corvette' or 'frigate' T3 vessel would be a great addition to the fleet.

You know what's weird... maybe it's not that tier 1 subs are overpriced, it's that vanilla starter subs are underpriced... For example, why does a Barsuk only cost a little more than 2 coilguns despite itself having 2 guns on it? Wouldn't the hull of the ship, and the various other machines like reactor and engine and oxygen generator, cost more than a mere 5000 marks???

Not a bad job, but can you answer my question for me on your EK Daima work?
