My only complaint is the airlock, the doors up out the airlock and down into the ballast only work when both side doors are closed. But people are constantly opening the side doors! All the time! It interrupts ballast repairs, docking at stations, and diving teams.
I'd fix this by treating the ballast door like a normal door. I'd also have a button which prepares the airlock for use by locking down the other three doors for 2 seconds and causes a red light to flash, indicating the airlock is about to be used. Then, with the other doors sealed and the crew aware the airlock is in use, it can be opened.
Thanks for making all these subs Vidya, they're terrific! Looking forward to running a Passant->Solace->Vanguard campaign. Something like the Solace in T3, with a small drone to support dive teams, would be a cool addition to your lineup imo. Keep it up!
If the Bottlenose is the EK battleship, and the Vanguard is the midsize destroyer, a sort of 'corvette' or 'frigate' T3 vessel would be a great addition to the fleet.
