EaWX: Thrawn's Revenge (3.4) - Refuse The Dark Empire Submod

Description
This is an unofficial EaWX submod for Thrawn's Revenge; this was not created by the EaWX development team.

===========================================================================

Description:
Adds the option for players to decline joining the Dark Empire.
The next highest legitimacy faction will become aligned with Dark Empire.

===========================================================================

Features:
* Adds a new buildable option via the political filter to refuse Dark Empire.
* Upon completion, Dark Empire joins the next highest legitimacy faction.
* If no valid imperial factions remain, Dark Empire is formed independently on Byss.
- Forces on Byss are formidable and requires a strong invasion fleet.

How to Launch & Compatibility:
Head over to your Empire at War in your Steam Library, select Settings > Properties, and via the Launch Options text box, copy and paste the next line seen below:
STEAMMOD=3480836298 STEAMMOD=1125571106

Compatibility note: This submod has changes to base files listed here:
`MT_CommandBar.mtd`
`MT_CommandBar.tga`
`GameObjectLibrary.lua`
`GovernmentEmpire.lua`
`GameObjectList.lua`
`PersistentLibrary.lua`
`MasterTextFile_ENGLISH.dat`
`Factions.xml`
`Imperial_Remnant_Heroes.xml`
`RegicideObjects.xml`
`GalacticCorporations.xml`
`Units_Capitals.xml`

Please note that any files ending in .lua will require a new save to be made.

If using any additional submods, please check if each additional submod alters the same files, as this will lead to compatibility issues between both submods.
As it currently stands, I do not plan to release any compatibility patches outside my submods; this, however, may change in the future.
If you wish to release an altered form of this submod or create a compatibility patch, please contact me for permission beforehand and provide credit to me as a creator on the submod's Steam Workshop page.
I can usually be reached on the Corey Loses Discord or the EaWX Submod Discord, where you can find channels for my submods and many others.

@Laurentic
I just had a look and it appears that the following files are shared between both my submod and TR Legitimacy Manager:
`GovernmentEmpire.lua` & `RegicideObjects.xml`

Due to this, it will be incompatible without a compatibility patch to merge both changes into the same file.

Does this mod work with TR Legitimacy Manager?

@Ethan
In the first version of the mod, selecting refuse will make the players faction stagnate it's progression.
Only the faction that becomes DE will progress it's regimes.

This may change in a future update, and if so, the description will note this.

question, if you refuse dark empire and kill Palpatine, does that mean the faction with dark empire will go on into the crimson empire or will you?

virgin "yes my Emperor"
sigma "no f**k off I want an Empire of my own"

also sad that whoever is the most legitimate doesn't get RENAMED into Galactic Empire

Refusing a revived Emperor Palpatine from joining your empire has to be the ultimate power move.

Sorry, was in a rush and didn't see that. Thanks

All my submod descriptions have a note telling users if a new save is required.
This can be found in the 'How to Launch & Compatibility' section.
