No. You can add a bot via console, it will work on it. But you won't get symptoms from it :(
Then infect yourself, there is a tool for that. RMB - infect yourself

Я обновил аддон, теперь ждать 17 минут не нужно, заболевание начинается сразу.

Я проверил, все работает. Свеп называется "Psy Disease 100%" (Нужно нажать с ним в руках ПКМ, чтобы заболеть самому. Чтобы заболел другой - ЛКМ и навести на него прицел)
