This is an unofficial EaWX submod for Thrawn's Revenge; this was not created by the EaWX development team.

Description:
Changes the recruitment system for bounty hunters and pirate heroes.
When recruited bounty hunters and pirate heroes are killed, they can be replaced by new heroes who have not been recruited yet.
Alters the AI plans to prioritise recruiting new bounty hunters and pirate heroes when they do not already have one.
Adds pirate bases to the Zsinj Empire and Hutt Cartels' AI starting forces.

Features:
* Bounty hunters and pirate heroes use an updated system that tracks recruitment and deaths to manage allowed recruitment.
* New bounty hunters and pirate heroes can be recruited when the current ones are killed off.
* Recruiting bounty hunters and pirate heroes use the default build limit.
- 1x bounty hunter, 2x pirate corvette heroes, 1x pirate fleet hero, 1x pirate legend hero
- Due to faction integration, owning more than the above limit will require any additional heroes to be killed off before recruiting another hero.
* Adds new AI plans to work towards budgeting for the recruitment of bounty hunters and the various tiers of pirate heroes.
* The AI Zsinj Empire starts with a pirate base over Feriae Junction; the AI Hutt Cartels start with a pirate base over Nar Shaddaa.
* The AI factions will usually complete all their recruitment before cycle 10, increasing the likelihood of encountering these types of heroes.

How to Launch & Compatibility:
Head over to your Empire at War in your Steam Library, select Settings > Properties, and via the Launch Options text box, copy and paste the next line seen below:
