The Minbari Federation is one of the oldest and most spiritually advanced civilizations in the known galaxy. Guided by tradition, honor, and deep philosophical beliefs, the Minbari are a race of both formidable warriors and enlightened mystics. Their society is structured around three distinct castes: Warrior, Religious, and Worker - each fulfilling a sacred role in the balance of their civilization.

Minbari culture is shaped by reverence for the soul and a belief in reincarnation. Their spiritual leaders, known as the Grey Council, act as the central governing body, composed equally of members from each caste. This triumvirate ensures stability, unity, and guidance through both peace and conflict.

Despite their peaceful and introspective appearance, the Minbari possess one of the most advanced military forces in the galaxy. Their starships, particularly the fearsome Sharlin-class warcruisers, combine elegant design with devastating firepower and advanced stealth technology. During the Earth–Minbari War, their near-total superiority pushed humanity to the brink of extinction - only halted by a mysterious revelation that a human carried the soul of a revered Minbari leader.

Minbari value truth, ritual, and honor. Their speech is often poetic, and their actions carefully weighed by tradition and destiny. Yet even among such an ordered people, tensions between castes and the pressures of a changing galaxy stir beneath the surface.

To the stars, the Minbari are seen as wise, powerful, and enigmatic - guardians of ancient knowledge, shaped by prophecy, and destined to play a pivotal role in the fate of all sentient life.
To the galaxy, the Centauri are elegant and dangerous -refined conquerors clinging to the memory of empire, ever willing to gamble everything for one last chance at greatness.

Please report any issues you encounter, and I will do my best to fix them as quickly as possible.
This patch has been tested with Stellaris version 4.0.14, but it should remain compatible with past and future versions. I will continue to monitor compatibility.

1. Is it playable without NSC3 installed?
-> Yes it should. You just wouldnt have new NSC3 Ships. Means a smaller roaster.
