Light Industry Zone

Description
Add a new Light Industrial Zone district, focused on Trade Route bonuses and outshining the Industrial Zone. It contains buildings such as Capentry Workshop, Toy Manufactory, Furniture Center, etc.

Unique Buildings:

Fireworks Workshop: A building unique to China. International Trade Routes from this city gain +2 Production, +2 Gold and +2 Faith from each Strategic resource in this city's territory.

Tweed Textile Manufactory: A building unique to England and Scotland. This Light Industry Zone provides +5 Production and +10 Gold if next to a River.

IKEA Furniture Center: A building unique to Sweden. +1 Appeal to all tiles in this city.

Some observations I made during play...

Does get bonuses with leylines and government plaza?
Leather workshop blocks fireworks workshop, but not the others on that tier?
The glass workshop just seems objectively the best on its tier?

就算給輕工貼工業區給工業區+產(假設)

最後可能回本不如只蓋輕工業[doge]

This is a cool mod, although tweed is common to all the British isles, so should be available to Scotland as well. I'm not sure if you can have a unique building available to more than one civ though?

@rongold.gleb Perhaps it could be a required building for Tank Units or modern Ship units and/or be very expensive for high production.

This and the Medical Quarter are such cool ideas. If your taking suggestions, a Red-light district could be cool for less than savory ways of gaining gold and maybe some sort of "mountain districts" would be cool, such as an observatory or mountain mine.
