Subjects can form Nations - with Options

Description

This mod replaces the "Is Independent or a Tributary" check from all decisions with a custom trigger, allowing you to individually allow or forbid certain subject types to form nations.
You can find the mod settings under your decsions. Taking the decision should open the settings.

This mod can't affect new subject types and formables added by other mods. It will still work with the vanilla ones unless another mod changes them. You can find links to adapted versions below.

Settings for AI and Players are enterely seperate which allows every player to set their own preferences.
There is also an "AI Controller" option to prevent other players from constantly changing the AI settings.

This mod only has localisation for english.

This Mod is based on the Updated Version by skoobeldoobel:

But I did find and fix a small problem that made it so my mod didn't affect the formation of Rum. In case you're wondering why that happend: Rum, unlike all other formables, can't be formed by a tributary state.

Also the Mongol Empire can now no longer release vassals while beeing a vassal.

I can't replicate the issue so I don't know what caused that sorry.

this bug was just for ex colonies who got independence, i don't know about other subjects, i am watching as observer

My mod should ignore every country that isn't a subject so idk what's happening here.

Did you observe it happening to other colonies or just Brazil? Oh and to clarify by save I mean one before brazil formed.
Nafetz16  [author] 19 Jul @ 7:24am
@slatsamer that's weird, did you check if the decision was actually prevented by my mod by switching to brazil? Do the other mods you use affect nation formation? Do you still have the save?

and i think it breaks only for ex colonies, because european countries are forming new countries. if you want full mod list, i can write it

this mod breaks AI forming new countries. I am using Extended Timeline and some other mods. For example i still had English Brazil, after removing this mod this country formed Brazil

I just realised this mod has 3 stars now lol. I have no Idea why, this mod has like 95% postitve ratings. Weird, but I guess it's better than no stars.
