This mod increases the number of slots on starbases.
Reprocesses the bases themselves: greater power equals higher cost.
Works perfectly together with strong crises and challenging AI.
No unnecessary layering of modules.
All available crisis starbases are enhanced.

Перерабатывает сами базы: увеличенная мощность = увеличенная стоимость.
Очень хорошо будет сочетаться с мощными кризисами и сложными AI.
Нет никакого лишнего наслоения модулей.
