BMCE:R Addon - Fixed Rotating Display Textures (03 & 04)

Description
Fixes the Rotating Display Texture Mismatch!

Wondering what this addon does?

For some reason, the BMCER team didn’t update the image used on the Rotating Display, resulting in a mismatch between the display and the actual content.
It looks off. and now, it doesn't have to.

With this addon, the display image is properly replaced, so everything looks just the way it should.
No more visual inconsistency!

I also replaced two of the original Rotating Display images that the BMCE team didn't update.

I like the fact that the waste disposal guy in the waste disposal ad is the same one we see in Duty Calls in BMBS, I think. In the BMCER version
