I won't be making any changes to this mod at this time simply because I'm not playing the game for the time being, the only exception being fixes for any mod-breaking changes caused by updates to the game itself.
In any case, wouldn't double clicking to turn it back on have the same effect?
If you have a chance I'd love to be able to revert the behavior to the default (or add a setting to control it) so I don't have to keep re-enabling alarms every time I turn them off.
Oh, so that's why it doesn't work for me.
Apparently a conflict with mods that allow you to wear armour and watch at the same time.
