Description

The E-32 Stanley-ML SLAMRSKL Mobile VLS Launcher Extension Upgrade is a mobile launcher designed as an extension for the SLAMR-SKL battery. Unlike the towed launcher, it is now self propelled meaning it no longer needed to be towed. It also launches the missiles in a VLS[en.wikipedia.org] method instead of being launched inside a container. It no longer needs a turret with this type of system allowing for ease of use.

One of the most noticable change from the towed launcher mobile launcher is that it can now reload it's missiles unlike the towed launcher version. It still has 4 missiles but with a trailer containing another magazine containing 4 more missiles, it now has a total of 8(the spent magazine has to be discarded to be reloaded with the new magazine). Not only that, it can now chain fire with multiple mobile launchers.

On an aircraft platform, the missile is maneuverable enough to hit targets from the sides or even rear.



1)Copy and paste the entire thing to the SLAMR-SKL(also it must simultaneously spawn with the radar vehicle, otherwise the missile won't guide, also you can spam as many as you can fit into the hangar and you can chain fire them)
2)Remove the towed launcher of the SLAMRSKL to replace it with the mobile launcher instead, leaving out the radar truck only
3) Open door and get inside the truck
4) Press the "Start Engine" down arrow button
5) Shift gear from parking to drive
6) To reverse, shift from parking to reverse
7) Put to parking and press the "Deploy Stability Legs" switch
8) (Optional) Release the tow connector
9) Use the "Deploy" button
10) To reload, hold the release magazine key and winch up(like all the way up), then flip the reload mode button and winch down
11) Connect all 4 ropes to the new magazine rope anchor and discard the old magazine, then winch up(all the way up as well) then unflip reload mode button, then disable the release magazine and winch down
12) Flip the deploy switch again to continue firing
13) To chain fire between 2 or more mobile launchers, the first one must connect the "chain fire out" node to the 2nd mobile launcher's "chain fire in" node, then switch the 2nd vehicle's chain fire receive mode switch to on(remember, the 1st one's chain fire receive mode switch must be off), repeat these steps to the 3rd and so fourth
(Also, before you ask a question that is answered here, read the instructions before you ask. Also yes, this is an extension pack for the SLAMR-SKL, it will not spawn with a radar vehicle so you have to manually copy and paste the mobile launcher to the radar truck)

A really good sam system i rewriting it becuase i didn't mention something. It has good enough range that it can engage any target at a safe distance and that brings me to the only issue with this vehicle which is the radar. It works and can detect planes at a ok distance but it unfortunately holds back the missile. Also it kinda struggles intercepting missiles but thats a small thing other than the radar being slightly weak it is really good. One last thing that weakens it only against those missiles or small like shahed drones is no proxy. It can struggle against shahed like drones but nearly always intercepts them. Really good sam:steamhappy:

it would be cool if it auto locked and shoots like a missile defence system like iron dome

Mmm, coool stuff. But yeah, it would still be cool to have a "fatter" and maybe less mobile version of say 8 rockets, even without reloading. And yep, as noted by lad below, a video guide on reloading would not hurt. In any case, a great extension for an already great system.
