Description
The Future Is Now

This mod adds a large district, multiple buildings, two projects, and several global changes. Note: This mod uses many experimental features. If you encounter bugs during gameplay, please leave a comment! Or find me on Xiaohéihe.

Global Changes:

1. Adds a new resource: [Stored Power]
2. Builders and Military Engineers now regain all movement when accelerating building construction
(Note: in the base game, Military Engineers can already accelerate Hydroelectric Dams — it's just not mentioned in the text)


Generator District (Power)

A district in your city dedicated to power generation. Note: This is a 3-tile Mega District and must be planned. You may immediately remove the first two placement tiles via project. Once fully constructed, the district allows one-tile expansion.

Can be built on Mountains, Hills, Flatlands, and Coastal Shallow Water, but not on Freshwater Lakes or Ocean tiles. Must be adjacent to land when placed in shallow water. Can also be built on Geothermal Fissures, Marshes, and Floodplains — unique power buildings are available for these terrains.

If the foundation is damaged by natural disasters or pillaged, it can only be repaired through the [Total Reconstruction Project] or similar means.

Buildings in the district can be accelerated using Builders (25%) or Military Engineers (45%). Upon completion, the building is automatically assigned to the appropriate terrain or feature tile.

+1 [Clean Power] per adjacent district
+1 [Clean Power] per active citizen in the district
+1 [Stored Power] per active citizen in the district
+1 [Stored Power] per adjacent active citizen

Note: Distribution Mechanism — buildings in this Mega District fall into three categories:
- Land-based Clean Power: Requires specific terrain or feature on the tile
- Resource-consuming: Takes up a building slot; one slot per district tile
- Ocean-based: Automatically placed on ocean tiles; can be built twice

我用的时候每个回合都会把所有的发电资源用光,而且城市差的电量正好是所有资源发电的总和。
