Heavy Bandolier Reloader

Description
Adds convenience feature to Swashbuckler's passive Heavy Bandolier:
  • reloads all weapons carried by the character at the end of combat (instead of only those in hand)
  • reloads all that are not in hands when reloading outside combat, and at the start of combat
Also works on what the character carries in a bag. But not in a bag inside another bag, there are limits to everything

Safe to install and uninstall whenever

ALL OF MY YES. Started playing again with a character using this build and the amount of times I've reloaded an autosave because I'm fully unloaded has been faaar too many. Cheers!!
