Bandolier Reloader

Description
Adds convenience feature to Bandolier items:
  • reloads all weapons carried by the character at the end of combat (instead of only those in hand)
  • reloads all that are not in hands when reloading outside combat, and at the start of combat
Also works on what the character carries in containers added by mods (like a bag or in the Bandolier). But not in a bag inside another bag, there are limits to everything

Safe to install and uninstall whenever
