Kaiserreich Naval Rework USA MIO Fix

Description
This mod fixes the USA MIOs compatibility of MIOs between Kaiserreich and Kaiserreich Naval Rework mod.

The MIOs of Kaiserreich (as of release version 1.5) create the ships; this mod instead has the ships already in production at 90% completion.

Requires: Kaiserreich + Kaiserreich Naval Rework
