The Huns can now create puppet states.

I've always believed that diplomacy should be versatile.
Not being able to create puppet states for some factions makes diplomacy a bit incomplete.
And installing mods with a bunch of other functions in diplomacy, not always and not everyone is convenient and necessary.

Compatible with every mods.

Answer:
yes, as long as they don't use the same tables. But you can make sure of it yourself.

Answer:

This makes sense historically since the Huns really had a confederation of hunnic tribes and puppet/vassal states of european tribes.

The Hunnic empire was pretty fragmented, so using puppets is very accurate, nice mod.
