Dying Light (Script)

Description
You know how temp health is supposed to repersent pain pills/adrenalin numbing the pain? Yeah tell that to game mechanics.
You can be at 1 perm health, pop a pill, eat *two* tank punches on Normal with 1 perm health 2 temp health left, and be perfectly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fine even *after* the temp health (and by extension, the effects of the pills) runs out.
Excuse me?

Now this gets fixed via the Dying Light script - if you take damage that taps into your temp health (i.e. exceeding or equalling your current perm health), you enter a Walking Ghost state.
In this state, you are running on fumes and borrowed time, and you drop incap or dead (depending on your strikes) once your temp health runs out.
This state is cleared by using a medkit, or by regaining perm health in any way.

Config files, are, as usual, in "ems/dyinglight/settings.cfg", explaination for what each setting does is below:
reviveDying: Are you in the Walking Ghost state when revive from incap, defaults to true sfx: Do you receive a heartbeat SFX (similiar to third strike) in Walking Ghost state, defaults to true chat: Is application/removal of Walking Ghost state telegraphed in the chat, defaults to false mercyTank: If true, you don't drop dead when there's a tank fight, defaults to true mercyCombat: If true, you don't drop dead in the middle of a fight, defaults to true

Notes:
The conditions for "being in a fight" for mercyCombat is deliberately designed to be harsh, to avoid people using this to escape incaps.
Also, it is implied that survivors rest up in safehouses between maps, so the walking dead status is cleared upon a saferoom transicion
