Fixed a bug that causes Walking Ghost status to be cleared when ledge hanging
Fixed a bug that causes ledge hanging playering to be killed when losing all their temp hp (this bug is caused by the last fix)
Fixed a bug that causes players with perm health >1 to be sometimes marked as Walking Ghost and immediately cleared when taking damage
