Ancient Machine Origin

Description
Based off of the Stronger Starting Origins mod by Dragonwell.

Still needs balance passes.

I've stripped all of the other origins out of the mod, so now it is only the Ancient Machines origin.

It is updated and working for 4.0 now. Shout out to the Modding Den discord for pointing me to the right direction to get it working but it is working now.
