yea, in line with Vanilla armor expanded and vanilla apparel expanded

Yep - tagged to spawn on appropriate enemies

also confirmed that the tactical gloves (and regular gloves) can be made from cloth

switched out the move speed from -0.05 to +0.05 for trooper boots.

could also see about adding a sneaker which can be made with cloth

@kobold i think the gloves are able to be built with cloth

@mapleblack ya it made sense to me but seems it doesnt align with others ideas, ill cut the move speed debuff in an update soon
