Everywhere Infestation

As with Super Regenerating Infestations but with once per 10 turns (like normal regenerating infestations).

Infestations of all types will spawn (not just Large Creature, Small Creature and Bird Nests of vanilla) and underground as well.
Infestations also spawn on water! (Pirates and Forsaken Cove only)

Infestations also spawn on Gloom and in Umbral Abyss! (umbral nests only)
This means that Gloom on the surface and underground will spawn umbral nests instead of the usual infestations.
