This is only for custom survivors with the context name: "Mike"

There is an ems cfg settings at:
Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\custom_talker
Here you can change the volume, soundlevel, and pitch, if you want.
You can also change which voice lines should use which sound files.
