Description
What does this mod do?
Adds two new tactical postures to Project Zomboid.
Each postures grants an aiming bonus, allowing you to stay stealthy and dominate combat in any situation.

  • Crouch: Slightly improves your aiming.
  • Prone: Significantly improves your aiming, just watch your back or you might get bitten.


Default shortcuts:
Prone: "U" or right click on the ground -> Prone.
Crouch: "C" and aim.

The shortcuts are configurable.


Can i Crawl?
Yes, you can Crawl.
You can even pass under a vehicle: Right click on a vehicle when prone -> "Pass under the vehicle".


Does it work on B42?
Yes only on B42.


Compatibility:
This mod is compatible with Snake's hunting system (not yet released), granting a bonus when firing from the Prone stance.

Character lies prone but then just hops back up right away.

i cant seem to find the option to change the hotkey, same with mod "jump", cant find any new input for those mods.

hola bro he estado usado mucho tu mods y en mi opinión esta increíble me encanta que esta incluso debería estar en el juego base, una cosa que se debería cambiar en las animaciones al tumbarse y cuando se apunta estando agachado las manos no tocan el arma es un detalle pequeño que solo quería comentar:steamthumbsup:

Ah cool cool. Thats good to know. We do need sandbox options tough, because for example, opening doors while crawling is possible irl (as long as all you need to do is push the door).

@Rachel L This mod began with the goal of being far more compatible with other mods (especially Snake’s hunting system), better balanced and realistic (you don’t stand up instantly—it takes time; if a zombie catches you while prone, consider yourself dead, which adds a fun risk I wanted to include). Every action you can perform while prone has its own custom animation (there are actually many more animations than you’d think, haha). It also blocks actions that don’t make sense (like changing socks, opening a door, swinging a bat, or vaulting a fence while prone), features smooth animation transitions, and allows crawling—even under vehicles without having to disable the anti-cheat in multiplayer. Plus, it’s designed so that I can add more content later without relying on other mods or add-ons.

What is the difference between this and true crawl? As true crawl also gives aiming bonus
