Release The (Boom)Rats! (And Boomalopes)

Description
I can't believe this mod didn't exist already, but this is a simple mod to set Boomrats and Boomalopes training inteligence to Intermediate, allowing them to be trained in Guard and Release, making them more useful in combat.

Update to change Boomalopes to no longer be pen animals, I forgot to do that before.
