Expeditionary Forces and Aegis Alternate Loadouts

Description
This mod rearms the USMC using assets from my MARPAT mod. This is my personal opinion, but I didn't think the uniforms/loadouts from the Expeditionary Forces CDLC fit very well with the vanilla artstyle.

Marines have been given combat fatigues. Recon have been given the Operator helmets.

Additional classes have been added like helicopter pilots, jet pilots, and heavy gunners.
