Currently 22 of the 29 weapons in Cruelty Squad are added, by and large functioning how their counterparts do. Additionally the organ drop system from Cruelty Squad is in, as a currency for the weapons and ammo from the Cradle of Life. The organ drop tables are similar to the RPG Growth GiC patch, so any GiC enemies that drop XP will also drop 1-3 organs.

True to Cruelty Squad, several of the weapons in here are completely busted nonsense. It is a feature. It is strongly recommended that you avoid using some of the more obscene ones until you have properly cleared GiC content to not ruin the experience.
