Destroy Item Hardcode Patch

Description
Using Harmony to patch the designator in Destroy Item mod, making its label and description available for localization.

I noticed translators asking for keyed labels and descriptions for the Destroy Item mod, but the author hasn't provided it in a long time, after versions.
So I decided to patch it myself, and I'd be glad if someday the author would include keyed translation in the mod itself.

The patch includes Chinese Simplified translation already.

Wow. Nice. I'm translater. Can i grab your DestroyItemHardcodePatch.dll for my translation mod In order not to create a translation for your patch (and not to create an extra layer for translation) ?
