Not Created Equally Plus
'Not Created Equally Plus' give you the option to randomize certain stats for all pawns in the game. Because not all pawns are (should be) created equally.

Mod content at a glance
  • Randomized stats for pawns
  • Settings to let you decide which stats to randomize, one tickbox for each stat



Stats and random values
  • Move speed: +/- 20%
  • Carry Capacity, +/- 20%
  • Immunity Gain, +/- 20%
  • Cold Resistance, +/- 30%
  • Heat Resistance, +/- 30%
  • Learning Factor, +/- 10%
  • Global Work Speed, +/- 10%
  • Social Impact, +/- 20%
  • Negotiation Ability, +/- 20%

Technical stuff
Mod settings
Choose which stats to randomize. If you don't want a stat randomized, simply keep it off. All settings are off by default.

Why? Because it's much more annoying for a player having randomized stats for something they didn't want to, than for the one who does to tick a box.

Compatibility
Should be pretty compatible. But I guess it can become wonky or a little crazy if used together with mods doing similar stuff.

Performance
No considerable impact.

Adding or removing mid-save
Add to save: I made a popup giving you a one-time question if you want to apply the randomization for pawns already in your save. If yes, randomization is rolled. If no, the popup is closed and that's that.

Remove from save: You will have errors the next time you load your save and the randomization will be gone. After another save and load, you should be alright.

No matter what I've written above: ALWAYS backup your save if you are messing with mods in any ways mid-save!

@cykonetic: You probably could. Sex Matters probably just makes new vanilla values and then this mod randomizes the new values.

Could I stack this with Sex Matters Redux?
Apply the gender biases, then your randomization based on the modified values?
I am guessing mostly likely not.

@Synthetic: Yeah, it's on the list of 'maybes' going forward. An easy fix.

@Flurbel: Yeah. Sounds like it won't be bang for the buck trying to do that.

It would be nice for different pawn groups to have different stat ranges but it would probably be very annoying to implement. There’s no way to know which faction should have which stats. You could do it by world region but modded biomes would have the same issue.

Would be nice to make percentage adjustable in mod settings, +\- 30% is a pretty big spectre for me. Thanks for the mod anyway

Ooh beauty could be a good stat to randomize. Also @Flurbel there's already a mod that changes body sizes. Varied Body Sizes
