Description
High Elf Rites & Commandments Rework
Reworks the Rites, Province Commandments, and Post Battle Captive Options for High Elves - with effects that are more strategic, balanced, and flavourful.

Commandments
Rally Citizen Militia Commandment
  • Now buffs missile damage for all forces factionwide by 1%
  • This can be further strengthened by the barracks chain:
    • Each max-tier barracks building in the province increases the global missile damage buff by an additional 1% while the commandment is active
  • Now debuffs local province income to reflect a war-focused populace

Rebuild Lost Splendour Commandment
  • Now increases global army upkeep by +2%
  • The province-wide growth and construction cost buff the commandment granted previously made it a click-and-forget auto-pick in developing provinces
  • The upkeep penalty introduces a strategic trade-off, making you weigh developing your provinces faster against the increasing costs of fielding armies

Reaver Patrols Commandment
  • Now grants +2% charge bonus for cavalry units (all armies)
  • Further strengthened by the stables chain
    • Each Tier 3 stables building in the province boosts global cavalry charge bonus by an additional 1% when this commandment is active
  • No balancing debuff - this commandment is already quite situational

Banish Corruption Commandment
  • Now grants a bound Banishment spell to all lords in the local province
  • Reduces the chance of Winds of Magic increasing in strength when changing by -30%
  • Boosts weapon strength for Dragons, Phoenix and Forest Spirit units (all armies) by +2%
  • When this commandment is active, it can be further strengthened by the Shrine and Protection building chains:
    • Each max tier Shrine building adds +4% weapon strength to these units
    • Each max tier Protection building adds a further -20% to Winds of Magic strength change chance

Tribute to the Phoenix King Commandment
  • Now grants +4% character experience gain (all Lords)
  • This can be further strengthened by the Embassy building:
    • The Embassy grants an additional +2% character experience gain while this commandment is active
  • Now drains -1 Influence per turn, to represent exerting your influence and claiming tribute from the province

Post-Battle Captive Options
  • Execute Captives now grants:
    • +2 recruit rank for Shadow Warriors and Shadow-walkers
    • +20% weapon strength for Shadow Warriors and Shadow-walkers
    • +50 unit experience
  • Force Labour now applies a -5% campaign movement range penalty, to balance its powerful replenishment effect
  • Ransom Captives remains unchanged — it was already balanced and effective

High Elf Rites
Invocation of Isha
Invocation of Isha and Greater Invocation of Isha now grant the "Guardian" passive ability to Sisters of Avelorn.

Invocation of Vaul
Invocation of Vaul and Greater Invocation of Vaul unchanged — but see companion mod High Elf Ancillary Rework for improved Crafted Item rewards.

Invocation of Hoeth
  • Buffed the Steal Technology agent action
  • Spell resistance: +30% for Loremasters and Swordmasters of Hoeth

Invocation of Asuryan
  • Speed: +5% for all armies
  • Barrier hit points: +800 for Phoenix and Phoenix Guard units

Invocation of Lileath
  • Enemy battle reinforcement time: +30% (all armies)
  • Battle reinforcement time: -20% (all armies)

Invocation of Ladrielle
  • Defensive supplies: +500 (factionwide)

Invocation of Eldrazor
  • Passive ability: "Murderous Charge" for Dragon Princes
