Working Run Modifier (B42)

Actually the run speed modifier is scripted on clothes but it works just for bags, I always thought that a game with a working run speed modifier should be ultra realistic, so I made this mod.

This mod fixes the vanilla run speed modifier for all clothes, also for the mods ones.
This is a fix that devs will add in the future for sure, so even if it makes the game harder, you should play with this mod on.

Finally, bulky clothing or ill-fitting footwear will affect your agility and speed of movement, forcing you to compromise between protective but bulky clothing and less protective clothing that promotes movement, just like in real life.

No incompatibilities known, let me know if you found some problem.

The game with this mod becomes more difficult and immersive. Add this mod if you are looking for a more realistic game or more challenge.
