No Civil War

Description
Removed the Civil War Event for every faction.

*** IMPORTANT ***
Not latest patch compatible - As i have no money left to buy the DLC i cant mod and test it. Feel free to support me with a DLC - Steam Gift. After getting it I can guarantee to update this mod immediately.
For the desperated ones: There is no magic in making this mod on your own. All you need to do is to change a value in database as described below.

Save game compatible.
(The mod should turn off the possibility of a civil war break out whenever the mod is activated. No matter if the mod is activated from start or a save game. If not please let me know)

Create your own mod in 5 minutes:

1)
download: steam\library\tools\Total War: ROME II - Assembly Kit BETA

2)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\assembly_kit\binaries (the path could be different)
run TWeak.AssemblyKit.exe
->Tools
->DAVE - DAtabase Visual Editor (Yes at warning)
->View
->Table Launcher

3)
choose the table of your choice and change the values that have to be changed in your opinion
e.g campaign_variables: you can find civil war triggers there

->"Apply" Button (you can change as many tables as you want)

4)
->Export
->export single tables
(for changes referring to the startpos.esf e.g. turns per year: ->export changes to binary)
->Locally edited Tables: select all tables shown
-> ">" Button
-> "Export" Button
close TWeak.AssemblyKit.exe (Yes at warning)

5)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\assembly_kit\binaries:
run BOB.AssemblyKit.exe

(for changes referring to the startpos.esf e.g. turns per year mark the select box "startpos.esf" at middle column "working data": campaigns\main rome\startpos.esf in the field provider actions
->"Start" button and repeat 5) by skipping this)

mark the select box "data" at right column "Retail"
-> "Start" Button
-> "Exit" Button on pop up window

6)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\assembly_kit\retail\data
here you got your mod.pack file, rename it if you want to

copy the file to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\data

7)
now you can start the rome 2 launcher and instead of running the game choose the mod administration instead
there is shown your mod now, select it and start Rome II

Optional:

8)
to publish the mod via steam work shop just open the image editing program of your choice and make a image of 256x256px (size is important)
name it like your .pack file and copy this image to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\data
(make sure "Hide extensions for known file types" is deactivated on windows explorer)

9)
start the rome 2 launcher and instead of running the game choose the mod administration instead
there is shown your mod with the image you created
-> "Upload" Button
maybe an error warning appears in your browser just ignore it and have a look at your steam account

10)
watch your steam profile
->right column
->workshop objects
->click at your mod you want to publish
->you are now at your specific mod administration window:
you are able to give a title, description, to relate photos/videos and so on
->and finally you can change the visibility to public

possibly it is not working. for personal reasons i don't have time anymore to handle updates of the mod. please read the guide above and do it on your own.

So on his assembly kit download, he doesn't mention where it is, for those wondering in the top left hand corner in your library you can click to expand next to where it says games you will see tools un-selected click that then scroll down to near Rome total war 2 in your library and you shall see it!
