MacklesMod: Barbarians can Ram (Again)

Description
With the most recent patch barbarian ships lost the ability to ram other ships. While this makes good sense from a realism perspective, as such ships were never built to ram in the same way as their Mediterranean counterparts, this change means that barbarian navies cannot hope to engage other cultures transports ships in anything other than a horrifically unfair fight.

Therefore, in the absence of any other changes from CA to naval combat mechanics and balancing, this mod reintroduces the ramming ability for barbarians ships. Enjoy sending those southerners to the deeps!

Awesome. Gameplay should always come before historical accuracy. It's not like rome total war is that historicaly accurate anyway.

@Juvantei - In the naval_units table of the database there are boolean values you can set for each class of ship for stuff like boarding and ramming.
