Just reskins vannila generals to WoS Generals.

not sure if there is a mistake to the files that have been changed but the spartan generals for WOS are named with a prefix pel_spa_general etc...and the files you have changed are spa_general etc..this means that the other campaigns spartan generals will be changed and not the WOS versions?
