Description
Version 2: This removes the effect of Year on Average Temperature. Also adds effects from pollution and the environment, as well as a tweak to C02 Emissions (slightly lower effect with a higher inertia)

could just add desalination plants instead. the lower water problem but increase energy usage.
then add a renewable energy policy which is more effective with higher education and tech.

Thanks, I should probably make one for the Rare Earth crisis too. Are there any more situations that become inevitable over time? Those are the only two I can think of.

Great idea! Always thought that raising temperature screws things out too much.
