Vas's Battery Rebalance + RTG

Description
I felt batteries weren't very realistic or balanced, so I tried to do both a little bit better. For the time being, the models/textures are all the same. Textures on these are an extreme pain in the .. duuuh, what do you call it? Lower back, yea, that whole region![en.wikipedia.org] .. to edit, so if someone wants to help with that, then great.

I have just added Zinc and Lithium to the game. You can find them in Zinc Ore and Spodumene Ore. You may need to generate a new map or at least generate a new asteroid and import it to your map. I have tested so far, quick short tests, and all looks to be good. Please report any issues. I have also re-balanced and reduced the cost of batteries to be constructed.

There are 3 types of batteries in this mod. 4 batteries of each type for small ships, 2 for large. More may come later on and I may re-balance these if I need to.
Spreadsheet that helps me figure out what values to give my batteries; Outdated Speadsheet[docs.google.com]

UPDATE 9/19/16: I've added an experimental RTG to the game for both large and small ships with the same stats for both. It currently uses battery texture, and battery code. It is in need of a new model, texture, and coding if there is someone willing to help with that. Currently this RTG produces 5.2 kilowatts of power, and can not be charged, and if deconstructed gives mostly scrap. Its capacity will last for 1 year at max output. This means you can power a beacon set to 25999 meter range for 1 full real life year. Please tell me what you think of this item, and I may consider attempting to make new versions with different rates.

For now, the current stats of each battery are as follows;
Name; Capacity # Wh | Input # W | Output # W

(NIMH Batteries no longer require Zinc to construct, this means you can build them using default resources from within the game! I did this for better compatibility.)
Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery (Small Ship 1x1); Capacity 20 kWh | In 27 kW | Out 80 kW
Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery Flat Large (3x3x1); Capacity 180 kWh | In 240 kW | Out 720 kW
Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery Large (3x3x2); Capacity 360 kWh | In 480 kW | Out 1.44 MW
Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery Massive (5x5x5); Capacity 2.5 MWh | In 3.33 MW | Out 10 MW
Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery (Large Ship 1x1); Capacity 2.5 MWh | In 3.33 MW | Out 10 MW
Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery Massive (3x3x3); Capacity 25 MWh | In 30 MW | Out 90 MW

Nickel-Zinc Battery (Small Ship 1x1); Capacity 30 kWh | In 70 kW | Out 100 kW
Nickel-Zinc Battery Flat Large (3x3x1); Capacity 315 kWh | In 630 kW | Out 900 kW
Nickel-Zinc Battery Large (3x3x2); Capacity 630 kWh | In 1.26 MW | Out 1.8 MW
Nickel-Zinc Battery Massive (5x5x5); Capacity 4.375 MWh | In 8.75 MW | Out 12.5 MW
Nickel-Zinc Battery (Large Ship 1x1); Capacity 4.375 MWh | In 8.75 MW | Out 12.5 MW
Nickel-Zinc Battery Massive (3x3x3); Capacity 40 MWh | In 84 MW | Out 120 MW

Li-ion Battery (Small Ship 1x1); Capacity 50 kWh | In 200 kW | Out 200 kW
Li-ion Battery Flat Large (3x3x1); Capacity 450 kWh | In 1.8 MW | Out 1.8 MW
Li-ion Battery Large (3x3x2); Capacity 900 kWh | In 3.6 MW | Out 3.6 MW
Li-ion Battery Massive (5x5x5); Capacity 6.25 MWh | In 25 MW | Out 25 MW
Li-ion Battery (Large Ship 1x1); Capacity 6.25 MWh | In 25 MW | Out 25 MW
Li-ion Battery Massive (3x3x3); Capacity 70 MWh | In 250 MW | Out 250 MW

To compare my batteries to game default reactors:
Small Grid Small Reactor: 500kW (6.5 MWh) (6.5 Ingots)
Small Grid Large Reactor: 14.75MW (52 MWh) (52 Ingots)
Large Grid Small Reactor: 15MW (52 MWh) (52 Ingots)
Large Grid Large Reactor: 300MW (416 MWh) (416 Ingots)

Harag helped with model files and thus has been added to the mod's contributors as well.

I'm likely to rebuild this mod from scratch at some point and start over, with everything thats wrong in this one, I can't fully fix without breaking things. So I'll leave this up for anyone who still happens to use it. 682 people as of this post. Once that drops below 100, I'll remove the mod.

Could use a modeler, possibly a texture artist, to help though.

li-ion batteries dont have energy density that high
(coming from someone who powers his whole house with them)

a 1mwh lithium battery would take way more space let alone a 70mwh battery

Yea, I don't know how to alter planets to add the new resources, sorry. You can still build one type of battery without those. Think of it as a reason for building an orbital station so you can import resources from space.

The spodumene ore and zinc ore are still only found in asteroids? started a new world with a friend and we haven't been able to find anything on Earth

Sorry, I've no idea how I'd even go about fixing that, and haven't heard of anyone having that issue yet. I'm unsure what would even cause it though.

I'll need someone to help with models and textures though if I am to ever be able to update this again.

I have a bug, where sometimes the normal small-grid batteries on Easy Start Earth suddenly have the models of their large-grid counterparts and because of that are placed in impossible spaces.

There is one battery type you can still build without the new materials, its the base level battery. However, you will need zinc and lithium for the more advanced batteries, which I've not found a way to make spawn on planets.

These new minerals only spawn in space? in asteroids? I've started a new survival game and no luck with zinc or lithium etc... and it seems it changes all battery related icons to these new ones so vanilla batteries disappear and you have to find these new minerals/ores or you can't get a battery at all.

are the textures up to date with beta version?

I'll try at some point, however I'm not too sure how the scrollable system works.
