Description
Enchant weapons during combat, without an enchanting table! Sprint further, faster and on top of water! Just two things you will be able to do with this mod.
It adds powers and abilities to the Redguard and Redguard Vampire races that no other race can match. Other abilities and powers: Swing weapons faster. Improve weapons and armor better. Cast Alteration spells for less that are stronger and last longer. Learn Alteration, Light Armor, One-Handed and Smithing skills faster. Receive 50 more stamina. And much more!

TWEAKS THAT ARE AMAZING

The goal of this mod series is to make each race truly unique. If a mod doesn't give a race powers and abilities no other race has, it shouldn't be called Amazing Race Tweaks! Right? I never played a Redguard. The race looked cool, but regenerating stamina faster just once a day really didn't sound worth it. Well, I think you'll agree this mod changes that! Enchanting weapons during combat, sprinting 3 times further or 3 times faster, and even sprinting on top of water! Yeah, that sounds more like it! Hope you like it, too.

NEW FEATURES

❖ New and Enhanced Lesser Powers

✓ Enchant Weapons During Combat
For 60 seconds, enchant any unenchanted weapon you equip. To remove the enchantment, simply sheath the weapon. Each power has a different enchantment and also increases your stamina regeneration, so you can do more power attacks:
  • Desert Heat - Enchants equipped weapon with fire and stamina regenerates faster for 60 seconds
  • Desert Night - Enchants equipped weapon with frost and stamina regenerates faster for 60 seconds
  • Desert Storm - Enchants equipped weapon with shock and stamina regenerates faster for 60 seconds
  • Desert Wind - Enchants equipped weapon with increased speed and stamina regenerates faster for 60 seconds

Perks increase the amount of fire, frost or shock damage, and the increase in speed (see On-the-Fly Enchanting and Perks Required, below).

✓ Endurance Sprint
Lets you sprint 3 x longer than normal. Use it as often as you want for 60 seconds or until your stamina fully depletes. It doesn't stack with Fleet Feet, so you can't run faster and further at the same time.

✓ Fleet Feet
Sprint 3 x Faster whenever you want for 60 seconds or until your stamina fully depletes. Doesn't stack with Endurance Sprint.

✓ Sprinting on Water
Redguard mastery of Alteration lets them do the impossible. When using the Fleet Feet power, you can also sprint on top of water! To start swimming, simply stop sprinting.

❖ New and Enhanced Abilities

✓ Better Smithing
Redguards are master smiths with all but Mer-crafted (Elven, Falmer, Glass and Orcish) armor and weapons. They can improve Scimitars (their own curved swords) 30% better; Hide and Leather light armor 20% better; Iron, Steel, Ebony and Daedric heavy armor 10% better; and Iron, Steel, Ebony and Daedric weapons 20% better.

✓ Alteration Bonuses
All Alteration spells cost 20% less to cast, are 30% stronger and last 4 x longer.

✓ Faster Learning
Redguards now learn Alteration, Light Armor, One-Handed and Smithing skills 20% faster.

✓ Enhanced Stamina
High Elves are born with 50 more magicka, so it makes sense that Redguards would be born with more stamina. Both new and existing characters--as well as NPC foes and followers--now have 50 more stamina.

✓ Starting Stats and Spells
Beginning stats for new characters are increased as follows. Alteration and One-Handed: +15. Archery, Light Armor and Smithing: +10. Total stat bonus is increased from +35 to +60. Starting spells are remain unchanged.

ENCHANTING DURING COMBAT

✓ Perks to Enchance Desert Heat and Desert Storm
The amount of damage done by the fire, frost or shock enchantments of the Desert Heat, Desert Night and Desert Storm powers depend on the Destruction skill perks you acquire:
  • No perk - Damages 5 health
  • Novice Destruction perk - Damages 10 health
  • Apprentice Destruction - Damages 15 health
  • Adept Destruction - Damage 20 health
  • Expert Destruction - Damages 25 health
  • Master Destruction - Damages 30 health

✓ Perks to Enchance Desert Wind
The weapon speed of the Desert Wind power depends on your Alteration skill perks:
  • No perk - Weapons are 5% faster
  • Novice Alteration - Weapons are 10% faster
  • Apprentice Alteration - Weapons are 25% faster
  • Adept Alteration - Weapons are 50% faster
  • Expert Alteration - Weapons are 75% faster
  • Master Alteration - Weapons are 100% faster

SUBSCRIBING

✓ Remember to Restart Skyrim
To make sure this mod loads, after subscribing, launch Skyrim, wait for the launch screen to display a message that all mods finished synchronizing, then exit Skyrim to the desktop. Relaunch Skyrim. The mod should now be loaded.

INCOMPATIBILITIES AND BUG FIXES

There are no known bugs. Please report any you think you find. Mods adding Redguard followers and other NPCs should be compatible, unless they change the Redguard race.

DISABLING OR UNSUBSCRIBING

There's no need to unsubscribe. After subscribing, you may easily disable the mod at anytime:
  1. Start the Skyrim launcher
  2. Wait for it to display a message that mods finished synchronizing
  3. Select Data Files
  4. Remove the checkmark next to this mod
  5. Select OK and Play

i have every race mod except this one cause it causes the magic Tab Crash i have every other race tweak mod and i had to do a isolation test and found this specific mod to be the issue, the creator needs to fix this bug as id like to have the complete set thank you! anyone else having this issue plz note that it is 100% the redguard mod just unsubscribe cheers

can i ask you to add the 3 elemental enchantments as spells for any race? it's really cool but i don't generally play as a redguard.

Sooooo, i have an issue. When i select the magic tab in the tab-menu, the game immediately crashes straight to the desktop. I have done everything i can to fix this (un-sub/resubing, going in and out of the game, letting the mods load and then not, etc.) and nothing fixes it. I don't even have any other mods that affect this, just apocalypse which only adds a bunch of spells. Not anything else near as i can tell. Any idea?

When i'm using this mod, i'm constantly hearing the water swooshing sound as if i'm constantly walking through water, and also i keep teleporting into the sky whenever I start sprinting across water. I'm pretty sure I have it installed properly, I am using the rest of the amazing race tweaks as well if that has any affect on it.

equiped the boots of the lightning dodger. Timed myself going form one side of skyrim to the opposite side. 3 minutes and 24 seconds.
