Description
The latest build of Local ASSmod!
ASSmod without 'prop protection' 'spam protection' or any other limitations that are meant for online servers.

This workshop addon is for those in the gmod community who play with friends on local servers. Those who click "Start New Game" and then setup "2 Players" (or more) no longer need to search or create their own 'admin' tool!

How do I use this?
The same as ASSmod! Just bind a key to "+ass_menu"!
Example : bind x "+ass_menu"

How do I give myself ownership for a listening server?
Open the in-game console and use the command: ass_giveownership
(In normal cases, ownership is auto-applied to the host)

How do I give myself ownership for a dedicated server?
There are two ways.
1a) Open ASSmenu, hover over 'Rcon' and click the 'Custom...' button.
1b) Type ass_giveownership "<name here>"
2) Use the dedicated server's console (not the in-game console) and type:
ass_giveownership "<name here>"

How do I reset Local ASSmod?
In Steam Library, right click "Garry's Mod" > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files"

Navigate to: \garrysmod\data and delete:
ass_config_client.txt
ass_config_server.txt
ass_rankings.txt
and the "asslog" folder.

For some reason, this addon breaks the Drones: Rewrite addon. They cannot be controlled

Other version config is conflicting
Do "How do I reset Local ASSmod?

@ Vyse The notification bar was removed from this version of A SS mod. Your issue is caused by having an old config, and can be resolved by following the "fresh install" files you must delete. (It is at the very bottom of this addon's description).

Btw's is it possible to disable the notification bar that pops up on the top of the screen every now and again? Kinda annoying to have it constantly poping up reminding me of something i already know.
