Description
Do you hate how fast battles play out in Rome 2?
Do you want to be able to enact proper tactics, have your troops hold the line for a reasonable amount of time, or just be able to watch your plan unfold.
Do you want a mod to make battles last long, but without all the baggage some combat mods come with?

Well then this simple mod is for you.

The only changes it makes are

- Reduces all unit running speed by 1 point
- Halves all weapon damage
- Doubles all armour values
- Slightly reduces unit hit chance

That's it, nothing else, no unit changes, no changes to the game balance, no other additions.
Perfect for having vanilla campaign with battles which last more than 5 minutes.

Should be compatible with all unit mods, except those, which edit the armour stats, weapon stats, or battle entities.

I'm trying to find the folder that the mod is in so I can modify some of the stats, but I cant find the file I looked in the modules folder for Rome 2 and the workshop folder but cant find it. Is it because its outdated or am I doing something wrong

Hello friend, this mod is necessary, but is there any chance that the units will obey to run ?, they only run when they charge against the enemy, it is great that the combat lasts longer but if they run this would be perfect, thanks

because some people like to watch the animations play out instead of having the view constantly 100m above ground. if you dont like it, dont use it.
