Pagan feudals

Description
Allows you to adopt feudalism or become a republic even if you're unreformed pagan. Latest change also allows you to reform, even if you're a lowely count.

This mod disable achievements. It modifiers realm_decisions.txt and anything that doesn't touch it should be compatible with this mod.

Well, I'm married and have kids. That life is quite similar to the the conditions when you can stop playing ck2.

@Jormundgand - is it working nowadays ? I have Feudal reformation but it sais that NOT pagan as a condition
