Animated Red Alert LCD Panel

Description
Adds an animated version of the alerts from Star Trek.

Includes:
Condition Green (Green Alert)
Yellow Alert
Red Alert
Blue Alert (Landing, Takeoff and Docking variants)

Simply add the 5 textures of the Alert you want to a LCD Panel and set the change interval to about 0.3 seconds.

2 thing
- you should create a black alert screen for jumping
- your Blue Takeoff 02 screen is having a problem I think it almost look like it say landing with the movement of the screens

Mhmm I think that doesn't really fit with the other screens here. Also I really don't have the skills or time to create such a more complicated screen. Sorry.
