Purpose of Mod
Adds a Refinery Ship for producing water and energy cells.

Mod Information
this is basicly a varient of the original ship that produced metal plates...

its not ship yard restricted... so it could end up in enemy hands and will be a hard fight to take down... it was designed to kill fighters and the skunk is a great fighter but the defences are interlaced and have high shield so stealing one shall be a chalenge of the ages...

this ship has a on board solar pannel that charges energy cells and a facility to convert ice to water...

i also tweaked the the republic of cantera water usages in their habitats to makethe economy more favorable to this ship being used....
this mod was requested and built, hope you like it... ill do support on this just like the original and make other as requested or i see the need. oh this ship is compatible with my other mod so shouldn't cause issues...

Crew Needed to Run this Ship Effectively
Manager, Captin, Defence Officer, Engineer

you can get away with just a captin but the ship will act like a station with out a manager in terms of trade.. it will try to sell goods and no one will notify you when it does sell. the rest of the ship functions function like normal, manager function is currently limited as like an advisory role will be pushing that to more involved in the future.


Concerns/Bugs
Ship Managment- working on writing managment function to help manage mining to allow better managment of production.

Transfering Goods had an early issue with NCp controled ships trying to dock and not suceeding. have not seen this issue in tests could have been a 3.20 docking alignment problem.

Production Being Effected at other Plate Refinery Stations- Not an issue any more, it was fixed. this mod uses a different production method than stations.

Changes to Engineers and Managers- Engineers can now be placed on stations, Manager can now be placed on Ships... i think the engineers work the same on stations as on ships,but the manager will not add value to most ships.. his job is to manage production moduals and we hope that when we finsih he can micro manage the plate refinery ship for the player to at least a small amount..

I would love any feedback you give, discussion makes things better in my opinion. also i need to know where things are broke...




thanks to chowtai, we now have a chinese translation....ill fix this up better in a little while when i figure out how to add fireworks to the page.. lol

Yeah. Foodrations have been messed up and the problem is he dose a replace but dose not inclued the whole line just one sector. DV makes food but no where else. It is in this file that the error is in. Will correct for my game

its works for me but it also works without inneslibrary the library doesnt seem to be working i say this cause i cant build the refinery ship and never seen the tinkerer ship

A friend told me this mod was having trouble, i ran tests last night and can't see to find a problem atm... i run some more tests and post some screen shots to prove it, because its easy to claim to have no problems as a developer... Tests run and Documented- N/A

could there maybe be a patch in some time for 4.0 ? because i can´t use that ship anymore , it doesnt do what it should be , it dont use its drones if it does dock on any station the drones go out but dont come back , other ships fly trough it , its .. very buggy right now

This mod will destroy your current game if you install this, it removes the food rations as dominic.saltarelli and upon removing the mod stations will not producing food rations. The author should put in an warning text as I did now. (bad,bad,bad)

Actually innesbrad , I just discovered that its more of a problem. With that broken station being the only place for me to craft certain stations , I now cannot continue the quest line that asks me to build the bofu station =( I need the construction vesself from that shipyard thats stuck at 0% trying to make your ice ship =( If I turned off the mod , how would all the stations react? (and how would they react if I turned it off while they were building one)
