Description
All I wanted was a simple fix, and perhaps a few extras.

This mod expands the general's bodyguard choice and adding a few what should have already been in the grand campaign.

Royal Scythia - Scythian Royal Skirmishers
Massagetae - Saka Noble Armoured Lancers, Saka Cataphract Horse Archers
Roxolani - Sarmatian Royal Lancers, Sarmatian Horsemen
Iceni - Druidic Nobles, Painted Ones
Nervii - Guerilla Swordsman
Galactia - Galatian Legionaries
Suebi - Wolf Warriors
Rome - Praetorian, Praetorian Guard (Professional Soldiery required), Praetorian Cavalry, First Cohort, Eagle Cohort (Cohort Organisation required)
Carthage - Sacred Band, Noble Cavalry
Lusitani - Lusitani Spearmen
Colchis - Noble Blood Cavalry
Armenia - Azat Knights
Parthia - Noble Blood Cavalry, Camel Cataphracts
Massilia - Massilia Cavalry, Thorax Swordsman
Syracuse - Thorax Swordsman
Epirus - Royal Peltasts, Aspis Companion Cavalry
Sparta - Heroes of Sparta
Athens - Thorax Swordsmen
Macedon - Aspis Companion Cavalry
Baktria - Bactrian Noble Horse
Seleucid - Syrian Armoured Elephants

And I think that is it.

Made this mod because when playing as Massagetae my general was the weakest in the army, there was no mods that I could see that fixed the problem. While I was adding the missing Saka Cataphract Horse Archers it made sense to add any other missing units from the custom battles selection to the grand campaign, a few other units were added just for a little extra choice without making it overwhelming.

Update 31-03-2015
Praetorian, First Cohort and Eagle Cohort added to general bodyguard choice for Rome.

Try General Units Expanded Lite mod, it only effects commander unit permissions table.

They work if yours loads over them if not the game doesn't even open.

The game opens fine to me using "more meaningful armies" and "better levies from client states" mods.

However "more meaningful armies" appears not to work, and I haven't got a clue if "better levies from client states" is working.

Ok I did some digging. Your mod conflicts with 3 other mods I have:
1. More Meaningful Armies on db\main_units_tables\main_units
2. Better levies from client states [VANILLA] on db\land_units_tables\land_units
3. Patch 16 data typos on db\land_units_to_unit_abilities_junctions_tables\land_units_to_unit_abilities_junctions
Moreover your mod doesn't let the first 2 mods to load over yours so that the game won't even open. So I guess your mod isn't as innocent as you thought it was. I don't know if this helps you or if you would do anything about it but here it is.

A while ago I subbed to Barbarian Invasion pt 1 and it worked with this mod, I got the extra units from the Radious mod and the general bodyguards choice from this mod.

I agree there shouldn't be a conflict but there is. I don't know much about modding but if this mod doesn't change those why would the load order matter?

This mod doesn't tinker with the existing units, other than adding Syrian Armoured Elephants non-recruitable to the list, but it does expand the generals bodyguard list of units which is on a seperate table.

There shouldn't be any conflict but if there is then it may be the load order.

Does this game set all build times for units to 1 Turn? Because it does so when I use this mod with "More Meaningful Armies" - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=422441102
I like your mod and would like to use both if possible

It should be, I have loaded previous save games before with this mod installed, it all worked fine.
