Description
Designed to reorder and improve the vanilla research tree.

The entire tree was removed and rebuilt, the primary idea behind the reconstruction is that all technologies can be classified by whether they are inherently Military of Sociopolitical in nature. After deciding that, it is then decided whether they are metallurgical (engineering, mining, construction, etc) or Energetic (Energy production / use, FTL and Ionization are prime examples). Using these two classifications, I graphed out the research nodes and (hopefully) increased the number of decisions that must be made by elongating and seperating certain types of improvements: for example, if you go down Energetics some you will find a crossroad that leads to very high FTL Storage versus very high inherent production.
The megastructures are more or less situated in one of the four corners, making it unlikely you would get all 4 in one game without an incredible amount of research. Some are easier to get than others but that may change.

Most likely make the tech the other mods add unavailable since this rewrites the entire tech tree.

There are two "Smooth Mechanism" tech in the tree. Missing the advance form of the Bridge (Control Sytem). Not sure if it is a glitch since I have not unlocked either one. Nice job thus far, not as "chaotic" as the vanilla version.

Well done, the tech tree is one thing I hated in vanilla SR2.

I couldnt unlock the canon wich destroys planets on bottom left.I dont remember the name it's left to the planetary thrusters.maybe a bug or something.

Descriptions and tech titles fixed.
Finished the Military side of the tech tree, all techs should now have a nice and proper location on the tree. If I missed any, please let me know.

Known issues : Screwed up on a few description definitions, but they should all still give their bonus properly.

As it is 2 AM I will fix this tomorrow, sorry for any issues in the meantime.
